Our service is provided on site at your home or business with an additional possibility to take troublesome equipment in for further examination by our technicians.
Our technicians have approximately 1000 on site visits under their belt, so they are able to deal with a vast number of problems.

Services include the following

- Installing peripheral devices such as printers and webcams
- Installing digital receivers “Digi-box” and other home entertainment devices such as home theater systems and DVD-players. Naturally we teach you how to operate your new devices so you can start using them right away.

- We also teach common tasks such as transferring digital photos, using the internet and sending emails.

Price List
- Onsite visits to your home are 75€ per hour including tax. The minimum fee is one hour.
- Visits to businesses cost 75€ per hour including tax. The minimum fee is one hour.
- we do not charge extra for travel time or distance in the metropolitan area.
- evenings between 7 pm and 9 pm there is a 20€ per hour additional fee
- On saturdays there is a 30€ per hour additional fee
- On sundays, bank holidays and nights (from 9pm to 8am) there is an additional fee of 75€ per hour
You can pay by cash at the end of the visit from our technician or we can send you an invoice by email or by snailmail (invoices under 100€ sent by regular mail cost 5€)
